These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InvestorsStack (the "Service"), operated by Luviel LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvestorsStack provides financial research tools, portfolio backtesting, stock screening, portfolio tracking, and related analytical features. The Service is designed for educational and informational purposes.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All data, calculations, backtests, projections, and analysis provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtesting results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Certain features are available without payment. Free tier features may be modified at our discretion.

Pro Subscription

Pro features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase. Contact contact@luvielgames.com with your request.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price until their next renewal after the notice period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data systematically from the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or circumvent security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage

7. Data Accuracy

We source financial data from third-party providers including Financial Modeling Prep (FMP). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Market data may be delayed. You should verify any data with official sources before making financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Luviel LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUVIEL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT RETURNS, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luviel LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
